The Connect to Calm Nature Connection and Coaching Program is a 6 week program to help you slow down, centre and get back to yourself, your inner calm, peace and a relaxed state of BEing. (As opposed to DOing in our GO-GO-GO society.)
We all need this in our lives, even more so in these days that are often filled with stress, anxiety, uncertainty and general heaviness and hurry.
The 6 week program consists of- 3 group Forest Bathing Walks
- 3 personal Nature Connected Life Coaching sessions
- 3 group coaching sessions

What do group Forest Bathing walks look like?
I invite you to set an intention for the walk. I guide you to walk slowly, mindfully and intentionally while absorbing the healing qualities of nature with all your senses. You participate in different nature connection exercises to deepen your connection to nature. I allow and guide you to BE intentionally and mindfully in nature. Giving yourself permission to slow down and simply be can be very insightful.
What are the benefits of Nature Connected Life Coaching?
All the benefits of being outside in nature listed above, AND me ;), Canada’s first Certified Nature Connected Life Coach to guide you, cheer you on, hold you accountable, help your explore, determine and set goals and milestones (and more) to live the life your soul intended. Gain new perspectives, experiences and tools to help you connect with your true self, others and nature. I guide you to discover the answers you hold within YOU lead the way!
What do Nature Connected Coaching sessions look like?
You will bring an issue you’d like to work on or see what comes up in the moment and how nature shows up for you as we collaborate with nature as a co-guide.
We will have times of movement and stillness as you discover, explore and reflect. Each session is its own and unique experience as you lead the way.
Sessions may include powerful and meaningful discussion and exploration on-
Sensory awareness and mindfulness
Gestalt therapy techniques
Your passion and purpose
What are the benefits of a group coaching session?
All the above of a personal coaching session while sharing and discussing in a safe and supportive space with others who are also on a journey to heal, transform and grow. You may relate to each other or not, be activated or see things from new perspectives, support each other or use another’s experience as a metaphor for a situation on your life. We all learn about ourselves as we listen deeply to others. Group coaching is a powerful way to hold a safe space for others and for ourselves to be seen and heard.
What do group coaching sessions look like?
All participants will commit to confidentiality, creating a safe space where everyone can be open, vulnerable and share freely.
An intention is set for the session and all participants are invited to share. We will see what arises in the moment and let the session flow, being open to the possibility of diving deeper and exploring.
